Hotel locks are part of the series of electronic locks.

Functions

There are five program items in the program group, which are the five major functions of the system: operator management, initialization card, room setting, system maintenance, and foreground management.

1. Operator management: defines the user name of the system operator and the setting of the system use authority.

2. Initialize card: initialize the cards available in the cost system for all new cards.

3. Room setting: complete the entry of all room information of the hotel and issue installation card, maintenance card and clearing card.

4. System maintenance: issue administrator key cards (including master control card, area card, building number card, floor card, hour card, etc.); Read data card records; View the operation log.

5. Front desk management: this function is the core part of the system and is used by the front desk operator of the hotel. Be responsible for guest check-in, issue housing card, handle guest reservation, check-out, room renewal, card replacement, etc.
